Gave us a call to report their laptop cannot 
connect to any internet. Does not matter if they 
are on or off campus, even when they click on 
google to access a website, all the website gives 
is "this site cannot be reached". 

This has been going on for a while now, she is 
currently out of state. Her laptop shows no 
updates that are available, and when she does try 
to check sometimes it kicks her to the app store. 

Lots of little issues with this one. If there is 
anything she can try call her at 503-807-7177
