I don’t think there is anything specific beyond giving them admin rights.

As long as we have the ability to install some specialty software (we have a configuration program for the lighting system we have here in the Rice that we are planning to use this laptop on,) we should be good.  If you get a chance to do a quick check with Nathan Sauer and let him know that the laptop you are setting up is the one we plan on using for events here at the Rice and if he has any suggestions of possible programs we should have on it that would be great.  

As for people that should probably have Admin Rights on it, there are currently 3 that I can think of.

1. Myself
2. Scott Grim
3. Nic Wilson

All 3 of us will potentially be using the computer in ways that we should best all have Admin Rights.

Do you need any specialty software installed? The computer already has Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other standard software. 

Will anyone else need admin rights besides you?
