Printer works fine, they are able to connect and 
print. Red light keeps blinking though, they want it 
to stop but do not know why it keeps blinking.

Seeing as you are still able to connect and print 
to the printer I will go ahead and create a 
service request ticket for this printer to be 
troubleshooted by a tech when they are available.

We are able to print to the printer. We ran test 
prints and checked the printer history. We have 
unplugged it, we have open the tray, we have 
pulled out the ink to see if anything was jammed. 
We just do not know why the red light won't stop.

Hello, 

Is there a specific error code popping up? Or just 
the error light? I'm assuming no one is able to 
print to the printer? Does it appear as an option 
to print? Please be as detailed as possible, as 
diagnosing this issue quickly will help us take 
care of this faster.

We called about the printer error a few weeks ago. 
We have checked all the computers for any jobs 
that are hung up. None appear. Please when you 
have time save us from the horrid red blinking
