I don't know - I wasn't the one trying to login to 
the laptops (other transcribers tried it and now 
don't remember what was happening). We'll try to 
have someone bring them over and also pick up 
bigger laptop bags.

Hello, 

When you say you are unable to log in- are you 
getting any error messages? Does it say MASH 
underneath the spot to input log-in credentials? 
You're more than welcome to drop those computers 
off/pick up laptop bags, and one of our techs will 
take a look.

Hello!

We had a couple of our Typewell reader laptops 
replaced by UCS but we can't log in to either of 
them. We've tried our Portal logins but they don't 
work and we weren't given login info for logging 
onto the laptops themselves. If you could help us 
out with that, it would be greatly appreciated!

We also are in need of 3-4 larger laptop bags for 
transcribing gear. We think we might've lost a 
couple of them to UCS when the old reader laptops 
were taken when we got the new ones. If you have 
any larger laptop bags (not the single laptop 
sleeves but ones that could accommodate two 
laptops, chargers, etc.) lying around that we 
could have, that would be great.
