User's laptop is still running very slow. It is a 2013 laptop so I 
suggested the user and his supervisor to put in a purchase request 
for a new setup. They agreed so keep an eye out for future GFA setup 
for James.

I need some additional information regarding service

Description: No Bootable Device found 

Since the laptop is showing a No Bootable Device, we 
plan on replacing the hard drive. Will you need a 
loaner laptop in the mean time? Thanks.

20130826[Edit Inv] is experiencing a no bootable device 
found. A screenshot of the error/issue can be 
found in his email thread. Basically will just 
keep looping whenever any key is pressed. James is 
unable to use this laptop. He is available anytime 
after 2:30pm
