Hello,

I think I can cancel my service request for now. I 
realized that my computer keyboard and mouse are 
both wireless and linked to the same USB plug-in, 
so after moving it closer to both devices, it has 
seemingly remedied the problem. Again, I 
appreciate all your support very much! I'll follow 
up if I experience any further issues with the 
computer.

Computer being slow, you've recently updated it, and 
restarted it, unable to really move mouse or use 
keyboard, it's lagging too much to be functional.
