Alternatively, if it's more convenient for you and you're comfortable with this option, we can arrange to have a tech install it while you are out of office as well. Talked to her today - seems like its pretty significant slowdown & she's concerned it could 
possibly be a virus, so she'd like us to take in her computer to take a look & use a loaner in the meantime.

Is going to back up her files today and would like a tech to pick up current computer + install a loaner either Friday (10/15) or Monday (10/18). 
She'll be off campus, but is letting the department secretary know to let UCS techs into her office :)

My computer is quite slow. It seems to be working 
okay right now, but I am wondering if it needs to 
be de-ragged or something like that. 

I'd appreciate it if someone came over. I am 
available on Thursdays after noon.
