Logan Gandy wasn't in the Office365 licenses. I have added them. I am assuming this is why they were having issues. I email and check to see if it gets resolved.

i... think? he tried it on a second computer, and it wasn't working. but omlid had issues with a different computer with a different student. unsure if it's a computer issue or an account issue or multiple accounts or what haha

Hi, I cannot access Microsoft Word due to the fact it wants me to sign in to set up Office, even though I am signed in. I put in the mash.wou.edu and this came up.

Might try taking off the domain and adding it back. But the license is based off a user being in an AD group. So the same user should come up unlicensed on all computers or none.

not sure if this is a user error or not but the instructor said another computer was doing it too. 

when word is open, it says 
"UNLICENSED PRODUCT Most features are turned off because a shared computer license isn't available. To use these features, close Word, restart it, and sign in with your Microsoft 365 account."

user said he was logged in with his wou account. 

messaged john about this but unsure when he will be able to look at it.
