Hello,

Apologies for the delay, I needed to verify the 
details with the student. She said that she's not 
sure if it was to add the printer or a driver, but 
it asked for admin access. She was in a rush 
because it was production night for the paper so 
she didn't look at it as long as she might've 
otherwise. The number for the desktop is #20140642[Edit Inv] 
and the printer is #20101082[Edit Inv].

Hello! 

I'm over at Terry House and the Editor in Chief of 
the Western Howl is having an issue getting her 
office computer to print through the main printer. 
Her desktop is requesting an admin password before 
it'll allow use of that printer. Is there a 
fix/workaround/do you need more information?
