Elliot Purl	Oct 15, 2021 08:51 AM	**This is an email** We have a newly installed printer but I have not been able to connect to the printer from my computer. It is added to my list and it just tells me the printer is offline. Other staff in our department don't seem to have any issues printing. I'm not sure what to try next. Also, we still need to have it configured to allow us to scan to email. Is that something your department has to handle or is there something we do on our end?	Add Attachment
