Sorry I took a while to reply. The computer is 
*20200980* and the scanner is *20200001*. To 
clarify, I am not printing from a device to a 
printer. The device I am using is a scanner I use 
when I have a hard copy that I need to scan and 
send to the business office. The model of device 
is a Brother Image Center ADS-2800W, a standalone 
scanner. Let me know if you need any more 
information.

I am in the office until 1:30 today, 2-6pm 
Wednesday, 3-6 Thursday, and 9-6 Friday.

Over here at The Cottage, we have a little scanner 
that I'm supposed to use to send some paperwork 
over to the business office, but it doesn't seem 
to want to behave. I'm supposed to be able to send 
paperwork over "Pcard Network", but I can't find 
anything labeled that, and I get error messages 
saying I can't connect to any network. I talked to 
the business office and they pointed me in your 
direction as the person to talk to. Do I need to 
submit a ticket, and if so, where? Thank you very 
much for your help, and please let me know what 
other information you need.
