Ended up being fine without a loaner - Once 20160128[Edit Inv] is done remimaging, will try to return it either this afternoon (10/28) if possible, otherwise Monday (11/1) is the next available time. :)

Went and checked it out / ran some diagnostics, HDD is dead and needs to be replaced. Otherwise hardware is fine, and shouldn't have any software issues. Brought 20160128[Edit Inv] back, loaner 20141211[Edit Inv] will be dropped off later today for use during repair.

The two dell monitors has been black with the windows icon on it for the whole morning,at first we suspected it to be updating, but it has not finished and go back to normal after said 1 hour. She needs to use the computer so please check on her and help her with the computer! Thank you!
