I installed the software onto W#20171069[Edit Inv] but there's 
some confusion as to which computer I should install 
the second copy on.

Joanie contacted the company and I'm going to try to 
install the software today

Went over and tried to install the software.  
Unfortunately it's very hard to find the correct 
download.

Also, #20171068[Edit Inv] had the previous version of the 
software uninstalled at some point which might 
cause an issue.
