Hi Michael,

I need some additional information regarding service request #78068

Description: new printer W#20210380[Edit Inv] replacing W#20100768[Edit Inv] in H&W122A

I'm Monica with UCS. I am working on setting up the new printer. Is fax something that needs to be on the printer? If so, what is the fax number?
