I wanted to let you know that I wasn't able to create a new account on the computer in HWC 304 because the account that Jeffrey Armstrong was able to log in from is not an administrative account. I'm working on trying to find an account that has admin rights, but if you do know of any other faculty that might be able to log in, please let me know. Moshe Martinez	Oct 28, 2021 02:21 PM	User called today asking for a tech to log her into a windows XP computer 20070478. I walked over and tried some of the old UCS passwords with the account but got an error message. A faculty was able to log in with WOU credentials on the MASH domain. He is not an admin so I'm unable to change any passwords without having admin access.	Add Attachment
