Your new laptop is set up and ready to be delivered, but I wanted to ask if you'll be needing any specific software installed beforehand - just let us know what programs you require if any. If not, just let us know your availability in the next few business days so we can schedule a time to deliver your new equipment.

For your convenience, UCS is open Monday through Friday, from 8-12 and 1-5. You can also feel free to stop by and pick up your computer personally at any time while UCS is open.
