Hello, 

I have Dell laptop 20200322[Edit Inv]. For months now I've 
had an issue with my laptop video camera. When I 
use Zoom, it will freeze constantly. I don't 
believe it is a Zoom-specific issue, because even 
just opening the camera app, the picture freezes. 
I work from home primarily, so if it would be 
possible to have someone Zoom with me to try to 
walkthrough troubleshooting this, that would be 
great.
