Hi UCS Help Desk Rep,

John Rushing is working on reimaging my Mac
computer #2020 0230. When he is done and ready to
bring it over, can he bring over my new scanner
(from Purchase Request #12479) as it indicates it
has been received. I will also need a long cord
(about 15 ft) that runs from the scanner to my
computer as it will be across the room from each
other.

Thank you, Konnie :)

Computer needs imaged, it has a virus. Ransomware was detected and stopped by Sophos.
