I'll turn it on and check it again...maybe is was 
a loose cable or something?  If I am still having 
problems, I'll note the monitor.  The computer 
stations are distant from the monitors, so it is 
easy to get confused about which is which...I'll 
double check and make sure I had the right 
computer with the right monitor 🙈

After talking with the tech who originally looked 
at the computer, it doesn't sound like there was 
anything wrong with the monitor, as he was there 
twice and didn't have any problems with it. Would 
it be possible for you to meet a tech there? Is 
there a chance that there was a mixup and a 
different monitor is having the issue?

What about the monitor? The main issue was that the 
monitor, according to the user, "was pixelated and 
phasing in and out in fragments"

Went to the classroom and checked on the computer 
20160586[Edit Inv]. Everything seemed fine besides being shut 
off. Installed some missing updates.
