I deleted and re-added her copier with the code, 
she's now able to print, but monitor is still not 
working.

Issue with her right monitor, and can't print PDFs 
to Ricoh machine. Connected to Susan Daniel's 
ticket, Karen Bednarowski is a contact, she 
followed up on both of these, apparently someone 
went to take a look but wasn't able to finish 
working on them.
