Hi Darla,

While going through equipment, I noticed we have desktop 20160140[Edit Inv] that was having issues for you back in November of 2021. It says on the ticket that you received loaner 20180230[Edit Inv] to replace this older one while we looked at / fixed it. Do you still have 20180230[Edit Inv]? 

If so, we do not offer long term loaners anymore. We would like the PC back and get you hooked up with a new computer. I looked on our inventory, and it seems this 20180230[Edit Inv] loaner is the only computer currently assigned to you. I have been advised that you could submit a GFA computer replacement request (which is on your Portal under programs for everyone) regarding the 20160140[Edit Inv] desktop.

If you submit a request for the 20160140[Edit Inv] desktop to be replaced, if it goes through you would be provided with a newer laptop, dock, monitor, keyboard and mouse. 

Then, once we get that all prepared for you we can swap it for the loaner you are currently using.

I lied, I didn't do that. It's under my desk still. 
I'm moving it back to the outbox and may get to it 
later. They apparently had this one, but they 
currently have 20180230[Edit Inv] and 20211289[Edit Inv].

user tried logging in this morning for an hour and 
was not able to. Gave loaner #20180230[Edit Inv]. Has a lot 
saved on her desktop. It is on the tech counter 
currently connected to a computer.
