Hi Shondra,

Description: Dell Laptop Won't Turn On

I wanted to let you know that I was able to get the Dell laptop turned on and I am currently running updates on it. I should probably have it ready to deliver by this Thursday. Before I hand it back, is there any additional software you need added to the laptop? It has all the standard software installed already. I can add both you and Jackie as administrators.

Laptop seems to run fine. Will just run Windows update and Dell command updates.

Shondra has been emailing for a few weeks about getting this laptop located. Laptop was finally found in the pile of computers near the wall. I told her she could email me with any questions.

Hi! We have a laptop (20160195) that had been 
replaced and we had stored. I'd like to 
repurpose it to a new workstation.  However, I 
can't get it to turn on.  Well, it does seem 
like it turns on for half a second but then 
shuts down. I've had it plugged in to the 
charger, but that hasn't worked.  Can we please 
we have it checked out?
