back in when coming back into campus. I will close 
the ticket and open it if the issue reoccurs.

Someone came by to fix my computer on Monday, and 
it worked until this morning. I am getting the 
same "Hold for Authentication" error message and I 
cannot print to THREESISTERS-FB-COPIER from my 
computer (#20200381) after restarting it several 
times.
