Alice Hodge	Nov 05, 2021 11:39 AM	Checked it out today - error 071-940 #2 Lift Up NG; seems like it's a hardware fault with the paper lift mechanism? Did some troubleshooting in person but couldn't resolve the issue, so I think the it's a hardware failure. Also found a small plastic piece within the lower tray that might've broken off from somewhere inside & been related to the issue.	Add Attachment
