This is great news! I am actually not in the office today, so if I can get someone to drop it off, that would be great! Also, I do have the loaner laptop set up in my office right now, which can be taken away since I will have my laptop back. Can someone stop by tomorrow or sometime between Tuesday - Thursday to pick it up? If my laptop gets dropped off when that gets picked up, that works too!

The laptop is on my desk. Luanne will need to put in  a purchase request to have the LCD screen replaced. Waiting on getting a quote from our Dell representative for the replacement.

I am reaching out to ask if UCS has a loaner 
laptop that I could possibly borrow? Additionally, 
if UCS can possibly look into fixing my current 
laptop and check to see if there is any warranty?

Earlier today, my work bag, which had my laptop 
inside, fell off the couch. Not thinking more 
about it, I pulled my laptop out, connected it to 
the docking station and everything was working 
fine. However, it's been a few hours and it is now 
showing like an internal cracked screen. 

Tomorrow I am working virtually, but open between 
2-5. Could I possibly swing by to drop it off so 
it can be checked out?
