I told her she will need to talk to Karen Bednarowski to gain access to be able to connect to HUM-3, which is a color printer only two people are currently allowed access to. 

She also wants to be connected to HUM-Copier. We will need to go over there to ensure she is able to print to this printer/copier. 

I asked John about it and he thought maybe it was the user authentication code. I noticed on the side of the printer they wrote "5555" so i think that might be the code. I did try entering that into word but perhaps I didn't put it in the right spot.

Priority changed from (3) Priority to (2) High Priority.

went over there, unfortunately was not sure how to fix it because i'm not good with macs yet. 

printer shows up, etc., just doesn't print when she presses print

she followed some sort of instructions to try to add it, i wasn't there long enough to look at them and try to troubleshoot. 

she isn't here this afternoon because she has class, but we can go in her office and take a look. 

she's decently frustrated, i guess this has been a problem for a while maybe and she's contacted us multiple times?
