Reimaged the computer and the printer finally prints to it. Both PC 
and Printer is now back at the box office.

PC is super slow, can't even log in. Julia agreed for me to take it and 
reimage it. Needs it by Tuesday (11/30/21) Noon.

Julia emailed us again. I went to take a look but no luck printing. She will be there tomorrow (Friday) so that we can take a look at it again.

Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. Still does not 
print. Will go back on Monday (11/15/21) to try and 
resolve the issue.

Yes, I tried rebooting the computer and the 
printer, I reinstalled the device driver, and it 
looks like the printer is showing up but it keeps 
saying the device driver is out of date. 

The printer number is 20140337[Edit Inv] and the computer 
number is 20130893[Edit Inv]. They are both in RA 101. I 
won't be in the rest of the day but I'll be back 
tomorrow at 9am!

I'm having issues getting our box office computer 
to talk to a new printer we put in. I tried to 
look it up and add it manually but the exact 
printer type is not showing up. This computer is 
in RA 101.
