Thank you! The computer is still in our office. If 
someone plans to pick it up for reimaging, we'll 
be here until 5pm today. Or next week that office 
is generally open/unlocked 8-5.

Went over in the morning to check it out. The iMac was able to get to 
Disk Utility, went through First Aid but still stuck on startup screen. 
Reset the p-ram, v-ram, and SMC, still stuck on startup screen. Need 
to bring it in for reimaging.

Hi Jennie,
Thanks for the reply. The student came in at 9am 
today and found the computer like that, so it's 
been 2.5 hours so far. And the bar below the Apple 
sign was full/solid white when he found it and it 
still is (as opposed to partially filled in like 
it was in the midst of an update.

Good morning,
One of our students is experiencing an issue with 
Mac #20181422[Edit Inv]. He wasn't able to reach the login 
screen because it's stuck on the Apple loading 
screen with the white bar like it's updating. He 
tried a hard reset and it went back to the loading 
screen.

The computer is located in Todd Hall 127—it's the 
first computer you see when entering that room 
(facing the door).
