I was able to log in this morning, so I thought you had fixed it. I don't know what the deal is with that computer. It's been nothing but problems all term.

This is what it says when I try to log in: The 
error that pops up says "unable to connect 
(0x1002). Please contact your IT administrator."

Last time it said this, they tried resetting it, 
which didn't work. The tech was able to log in, 
though. They checked my username and there wasn't 
a problem - I was able to log into one of the 
other stations, and when they switched the box I 
could log in just fine

Saw in inventory the instructor station has been 
replaced before, the same error is happening 
according to her, I asked her what error is 
occurring and am waiting for reply. 

She has a class in the morning 11/17 and would 
like a tech to assist.

The instructor computer isn't working again. It's 
the same error as last time. Last time they had to 
replace vdi box.
