i went over and checked it out, made sure it was updated, etc. diagnostics were fine. it was slow a couple of times, but not abnormally so. going to close this ticket; we can take another look if we get another call.

i could have missed something, but

it looks like today (11/18) the classroom is being used all day except between 2 and 4. 

tomorrow i don't think it's being used.

The computer in this room is SUPER slow!  Is there 
something wrong with it or does it need an update?

It is 20160520[Edit Inv].  I'm teaching a class until 10 am, 
then there is another class in here right after 
that.  If it's a quick fix, I don't mind if you 
come in during my class.  My students are taking 
an exam, so I just ask that the person is quiet.
