received shipping materials from apple, packed up today and set out for pickup.

waiting on apple to send out the box so we can ship the laptop to them to be fixed!

Hi all, 

the CAD department wants to help Mary get her laptop repaired. We can charge it to CAD916 CART. In the meantime Mary can use one of the projector laptops to continue doing business (not great as she won't have access to files and programs, but better than nothing) Mary, please let me know how else I can help while your computer is being repaired.

Computer has a broken screen- can still see mouse 
at the top of the screen but most of the screen is 
black/obviously not working. User says all files 
are not backed up, they're just on the computer. 
There's also potentially an external hard drive 
she left here at some point, that she would like 
back if we haven't gotten rid of it.
