general documentation for an issue where a printer will accept and execute a print job, but fail when it jams halfway through printing a sheet of paper

- observed on printer 20200612[Edit Inv] (xerox phaser 6510), related to SR 77464

the issue is caused by a mismatch between the dimensions of the document and the loaded paper in the tray
(ie: trying to print an A4 document on letter size paper)

can be fixed by reformatting the document to match the paper dimensions.
issues also occur when the paper doesn't match the tray size settings; fix by removing and reinserting tray which will prompt a verification of paper dimensions.
you can also set the paper dimensions manually through the settings :)

recommend as pretty easy first steps towards troubleshooting either a printer that jams on every sheet or a printer that isn't taking print jobs properly.
