I just spoke with a UCS staff member upgrading the 
instructor station in NS 217, but I wanted to 
follow up with an email. I have a couple of 
requests for NS 217 I am hoping you can help me 
with:
I am inquiring about a lab station in NS 217 that 
seems to be down. The station is 20121070 on the 
west side of the classroom. The monitors and 
external devices seem to be functioning, but the 
computer which has been functioning since set up 
this summer (thanks!) is now unresponsive and the 
power button is blinking orange. It seems to shut 
down, but when powering on returns to the blinking 
orange state.
Is it possible to add me in some kind of 
administrative role to the instructor station? I 
started teaching physics this fall and I am 
finding there is a fair bit of software available 
on these machines. The lab stations seem to be up 
to date but I would like to update some programs 
like PASCO's Capstone on the instructor station. I 
have an email to the publisher representative to 
see what kind of license we have here, but I 
figured I would reach out to you all as well so I 
can make changes when the time comes.
