The issue seemed to be that she was holding down the 
Windows key accidently while trying to type and log 
in

Is it possible to have someone come over at some 
point today and try to hook up all the cables and 
cords again.  I have the doc plugged into my 
laptop and it's working, but not really.  So the 
only thing it's doing it mirroring what is on my 
laptop screen to my two big screens and my laptop 
does not read that the other screens exist.  I am 
hoping that maybe whatever the crazy bug was has 
gone away or maybe it was a weird faulty cable, 
but whatever it was, we won't find out until we 
try.

So here's even more..................  I'm not 
sure if this helps or not but I would sure love to 
get this all figured out soon as I truly do miss 
my system.

I plugged in my laptop to the doc this morning as 
I forgot my charger and my laptop said it was low 
battery.  Thought I would at least get a charge on 
it and then unplug it to be able to use it but 
whalah - my laptop is useable - it's just not 
using the doc like it used to.  Basically my 
screen is mirrored onto all the screens and my 
keyboard and mouse for my system don't work.  

This is just the weirdest thing I think I have 
seen...................

Hey interesting tidbit - I plugged in JUST my 
monitor to my laptop so I could use the bigger 
screen - so NOT through the doc at all, directly 
from the monitor, and it crashed my laptop back to 
the ctl-alt-delete not working again.  Not sure if 
that means anything to you guys but I thought it 
might help. 

WEIRD..................  and frustrating!!

Ahhh shoot - well I already picked up my laptop.  
Right now it's working fine, but it's not plugged 
into the doc.  I would LOVE for the doc and laptop 
to play nice together again as I really rely on my 
screens.  I hope the tech can find the issue.

When there's an idea of a solution I would love to 
have my screens back.  Laptop works just fine not 
hooked up to the doc.  Let me know when I can 
pickup my laptop too - especially now that it 
seems it probably isn't my laptop that was the 
issue.

Dropped off, given loaner, she called and said the 
issue is still happening, it is possibly the dock 
and not the laptop itself.

Is having a variety of issues, but primarily the 
keyboard isn't working properly- won't let the 
user ctrl-alt-delete to unlock laptop, keys are 
doing weird things, etc. Will be bringing it in 
and swapping it for a loaner.
