Installed new NVMe drives in the three computers: 
20180487[Edit Inv], 20180488[Edit Inv], 20180489[Edit Inv]. With default image. No 
additional software was requested at the time.

In the registrar's office we have three computers 
that are stationed at the service windows in Room 
104. These computers are there for the purpose of 
customer service when students come to the office. 
Currently these computers are 2018 computers but 
for some reason they are extremely slow. By 
extremely slow I mean it takes 40 minutes for Zoom 
to load up on the computer, 14 minutes just to log 
in to the computer, and that's not counting the 
time to get into BANNER. We need to find out when 
we can get these computers updated, or get some 
docking stations set up in their places, so that 
we can use the laptops assigned to the individuals 
covering the windows to plug their assigned 
systems into while helping students.
