Created a second AD-Breedlove2 printer. Amber said this is working much better. Will keep open to make to do a followup with her before closing.

Still experiencing issues. Updated printer firmware and sees to have fixed issue. Keeping open until Friday to make sure it keeps working properly.

Went to take a look with Paul to see if it's a network issue. Seems to be working but am going to check in again to make sure its still working properly

"Umable to connect to printer" error- isn't using 
Banner, sometimes it prints despite the error and 
sometimes the error pops up and it prints 30min 
later. Sometimes it refuses to print at all

Someone came to reset their printer a couple of days 
ago, and now the printer is very delayed, sometimes 
it works and sometimes it doesn't print for hours. 
They really need this fixed as soon as possible
