The printer habitually jams whenever a student is trying to print a document that is double sided. It will print the first side, but get stuck halfway when trying to print the back side. We have unplugged that specific printer for the time being until we can get someone to take a look at it. The printer ID number is: 20180327 Thank you very much and have a great day!
