It looks like the C: drive is only about a 
quarter-full and Windows Update says is up-to-
date.

Hello UCS,

I was hoping to have someone come down to check 
our Mail Room student computer as it keeps power 
cycling, the fan is peculiarly loud, and is much 
slower than other computers including the boot up 
time, id is 20181073[Edit Inv] on it thank you.
