printer is totally functional and fine; 
issue is that ups web label printing function for thermal label printers isn't working
* for reference, the thermal label printer is a zebra / eltron 2844, possibly the ups version; connected locally via usb

honestly i think the function might be deprecated, 
usually specific software is used but for contract(?) reasons the bookstore can no longer utilize it and is using the website instead.

spent a long time trying different drivers and software configs, but last try will be to use third party drivers for the label printer (from seagull instead of zebra), or possibly older drivers from past models / direct from eltron

addl workaround in the meantime of manually formatting the files & printing from there :')

Good morning.  I've tried browsers Firefox, 
Chrome, and Edge and none of them work. I've 
uninstalled the printer and tried to add it per 
your instructions and I get "network discovery is 
turned off" error message.
