I asked her about it again through email, and she 
said she was fine without it for now and that she 
was going to check if it was ours or the department. 
She was just happy that the wifi was working now.

Finished the setup, she had a monitor that is 
missing a cord to connect to the dock, and the 
wifi is really bad there. She left the loaner at 
home, so I'm leaving this open until she brings it 
back and to check in on her later for her monitor.
