so, it turns out she put in a replacement request for the loaner she 
has. I left the loaner with her and brought everything else back. I will 
remove her admin access to the computer and communicate with 
Joanie to put away the laptop and other equipment. I am going to 
close this ticket.

I need some additional information regarding service request #78405

Description: GFA replacing 20140692[Edit Inv]

Your laptop is ready to be either picked up or delivered and set up. 
Do you need any specialty software? Additionally, will anyone besides 
you need admin rights? 

Please let me know whether you would prefer to pick up your laptop 
and equipment or have it delivered, along with when you will be 
available for this.
