Uninstalled old printer drivers. Had it pull the drivers from threesisters. Test printed multiple times to BO-Wonka and BO-Mozart and was able to print.

vailability: I am in the Admin Building office 101C.  
I will be here all day tomorrow (except 12-1 for

Hello,

Can someone help with my printers?   My computer 
is:  20160984[Edit Inv].

I normally print to Wonka (our Ricoh copier) and 
Mozart 20160672[Edit Inv].  

Now when I print to Mozart it puts the printer in 
an error state.  Wonka suddenly stopped showing up 
as a printer option today.  

I have powered off and on both printers.
