Mark gave the go ahead to do the setup with the laptop after showing him what the new setup looks like with a laptop and dock plus the monitor with the build in camera.  

Trying to find a good time to do the setup next week.

I need some additional information regarding service request #78445

Your laptop is ready to be either picked up or delivered and set up. 
Do you need any specialty software? Additionally, will anyone besides 
you need admin rights? 

Please let me know whether you would prefer to pick up your laptop 
and equipment or have it delivered, along with when you will be 
available for this.
