Thank you for reaching out, I think I fixed it- so we are good to go.  The printers disappeared off my print list, but then I was able to map them again.

This is Moshe with UCS. I am working this week from 9-4 today and tomorrow. Would sometime in that time frame work for me to stop by try to get the printers reconnected?

I have been having ongoing problems with printing.  Today when I went to check the printer options, none of the printers I have used in the past were listed.  Also, when I went to add them, I was unable to do so
