There was a sticky note saying the files were 
retrieved and saved. The iMac has also been imaged 
already, so in the worst case it's impossible to 
retrieve the files now.

we have her computer. it's an iMac. oneil and I did a setup for her 
today, but I'm not sure how to get her stuff off of the computer (my 
unfamiliarity with the system being the sole reason)

Can I please schedule an appointment to bring an 
external drive to the UCS office to have all 
videos downloaded by one of your staff? I had my 
office computer replaced today and forgot that I 
have all these videos stored on the old computer 
and would like to keep them. I have an external 
drive that I can bring to UCS that should hold 
everything. I should probably download some of the 
other items saved on that computer as well.
