Hi Loren,

We were just following up with you regarding a service request that 
we have for you.  (#78463)

Description: Needs help installing adobe (Elevated access required) 

I have given you admin rights on your computer. You should now be 
able to install what you need to. Please let me know if you encounter 
any further issues. 

Additionally, I would recommend you leave your computer on all the 
time, even overnight, so it can install updates. This will prevent 
security breaches and help your computer run more quickly. (But still 
lock your computer when you are not using it--you can do this by 
pressing the Windows key and "L".)
