Hi Lauryn,

Bailey Hilgren is starting Winter Term.  I thought she would have been 
set up in WOU systems by now.  I think HR is very busy and has not 
yet completed things for her arrival.  I just emailed them for a status 
update.

She will be in BELL 224. Dr. Hsieh, recently retired, will be out of that 
office by this Friday.

Could we add me as the admin to that laptop for now, and then set up 
something with a technician later once Bailey is on campus?

I need some additional information regarding service request #78469

Description: Re-Image and Return Laptop to BS Dept

It looks like Bailey Hilgren's username is not yet in our system. I am 
thus unable to add her as an admin to this computer. Besides this 
issue, the laptop is ready to be picked up. 

Would you like me to wait until I am able to add her as an admin--I am 
not sure when this would be, as I do not know when she starts--or 
would you like me to add you/another faculty as an admin, at least for 
the time being? 

Having admin rights on a computer allows one to install programs or 
otherwise modify the computer. 

Additionally, which office will Bailey be working in? This information 
would be used to update our inventory system with an accurate 
location.
