This one is a weird case. On her account, saving 
as PDF on chrome freezes the browser. On the Adobe 
Acrobat application, selecting open and trying to 
select a pdf sometimes freezes the program as 
well. The best solution I could find was to 
suggest the user to use the Firefox browser. For 
some unknown reason saving pdf's on Firefox works 
and Adobe does work fine after. Will need to 
delete her profile and let her relogin again 
tomorrow.

Cannot "save as" from any browser. Cannot edit the pdf with adobe. Needs back before tuesday afternoon.
