Conference programmer was already installed on 20181481[Edit Inv] for Chelsee. 

20160652[Edit Inv] still needs it installed. The new employee will need to be added as a user on it and then access then should hopefully be able to install.

I need some additional information regarding service request #78513

Description: Install Conference Programmer on 20181481[Edit Inv] & 20160652[Edit Inv]

I'm Monica with UCS. Is there a good time for me to come today to install conference programmer on the two computers you requested it be installed on? Do you know if the new person has been granted access to use conference programmer?

Conference Programmer software needs to be installed on 2 devices. In Student Engagement this is CPU 20181481[Edit Inv] in office WUC210i in Student Engagement. 
For Conference and Event Services this is 20160652[Edit Inv] (a laptop that is being used by them in a temporary office space WUC134).

This software is used for conference planning, billing, etc and is critical for the 20160652[Edit Inv] unit since a new staff member starts on January 3rd.
