Yes, I’m not hearing any sound at all. The sound buttons are on full volume and when I try a you tube video to test it out all volumes are up and nothing happens.

Description: Sound not working

Could you please tell me a bit more about the problem you are experiencing? Is it just that your computer will not play sound from your desktop? Will it play sound at all?
